Savannah Police Department (SPD) responded to a bus stop at E. 37 th Street and Waters Ave at around 9:20 am yesterday morning, where they discovered an unresponsive adult male, according to SPD Public Information Officer Neil Penttila. SPD determined him to be deceased.
“A preliminary investigation of the body and scene did not reveal any obvious signs of trauma indicative of foul play,” said Penttila. “The Chatham County Coroner responded and took possession of the decedent’s body. An autopsy is pending GBI consultation.”…
