BEAUFORT COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) – Three years have passed since an unknown suspect opened fire and killed a father of three in Beaufort County. Deputies are continuing to encourage anyone with information to come forward.
The Sheriff’s Office says 52-year-old Malcolm Donaldson was shot and killed in a case of mistaken identity while paying tribute to a friend on Lexxus Lane in Burton.
Officials say multiple shooters were involved, leaving behind three different types of cartridge casings. Deputies say they have also linked the crime to other violent incidents in Beaufort County…
