An unidentified driver was killed in a single-car crash Tuesday evening outside Ridgeland, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol .
Lance Cpl. Brittany Glover of the SCHP said the driver was the sole occupant of a 2010 Dodge Challenger that crashed around 8:05 p.m. Tuesday as it headed northeast on Bees Creek Road.
