EFFINGHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) – Saturday is the last chance for people to stop by the Effingham County School District’s Art Exhibit and Festival.
This is the 3rd year students have put their artwork on display and the first time the exhibit has closed with a festival style celebration.
