‘I think people out there have probably more questions’: Savannah city council votes to pause $14 million parking lot

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – After heated debate during Thursday’s Savannah city council meeting, council members voted unanimously to table their vote on a $14 million investment into a parking lot next to Enmarket Arena.

The money would be used to clean toxic chemicals out of the ground and build a surface lot, bringing 1,000 new parking spaces to the arena.
