SUMTER COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — A former Beaufort County man has been arrested in connection with the case of Sophia Van Dam and her 2-year-old son, Matteo, who went missing two years ago.
Jonas Jerry Washington, 26, was taken into custody in Georgia, but is being held at the Sumter County Detention Center.
