Tractor-trailer jackknifes and strikes overhead freeway sign on I-95

CHATHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) – The Georgia State Patrol (GSP) is currently working a scene on I-95 involving a tractor-trailer and an overhead freeway sign.

On July 1, 2025, at approximately 1:11 a.m., troopers were notified of a tractor-trailer crash with serious injuries on Interstate 95, near mile marker 110. Following an investigation, it was determined that the driver left his lane and struck the guardrail with his front bumper.
