The Georgia Bureau of Investigation announces the appointment of SaraLue to Director of Public & Governmental Affairs. Sara will serve as a liaison between the agency and the media/public, overseeing the release of information about GBI services. She will also assist in representing the bureau in legislative matters for the agency.

Director Lue was previously assigned as Special Agent in Charge of the GBI Georgia Cyber Crime Center. Before that, she was a Special Agent and an Assistant Special Agent in Charge at the GBI Region 7 Field Office in Thomson, GA. Prior to becoming a Special Agent with the GBI, Director Lue was employed by the Richmond County Marshals Office in Augusta, GA as a Deputy Marshal.
