BEAUFORT COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) – The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating a hit-and-run collision that left one dead.
Sgt. Tyler Tidwell said the collision occurred on U.S. Highway 21 near Bruce K Smalls Drive on Saturday.
