4th person arrested in connection with Oglethorpe Mall shooting

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — It was confirmed by authorities that a fourth person has been arrested in connection with the Oglethorpe Mall shooting.

Johnathan Elijah Jones, 20, has been charged with murder, possession of a firearm or knife during commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies and two counts of aggravated assault.

Savannah Police Department (SPD) confirmed he was taken into custody on July 9 by the U.S. Marshals.
