EDEN, Ga. (WSAV) — A father and son were taken into custody after the son barricaded himself in a house on Tuesday in Effingham County.
Officials said 47-year-old George Driggers, who already had a warrant for his arrest, was chasing his girlfriend with a gun. When deputies arrived, he reportedly threatened to use it on the deputies.
Deputies were able to disarm him, but he retreated back into the home and barricaded himself inside for over an hour…
