On Sunday, July 27, 2025 at 4 PM, the Savannah Branch NAACP will hold a General/Mass Meeting with a special presentation by Savannah/ Chatham County Public School System Superintendent Dr. S. Denise Watts, and will be held at Tremont Temple Missionary Baptist, located at 1110 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. with Rev. Quentin J. Morris, Sr., Pastor.
Superintendent Watts will present the Savannah/Chatham County Public School System plans for the 2025-26 school year. She is expected to present important and specific data concerning student attendance, discipline, parental engagement, School Councils, and district initiatives that have been developed to support each of these areas.
