CHATHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) — The Chatham County Police Department (CCPD) is asking the public’s help in locating a man wanted for felony theft.
Jerrard Black, 18, was issued an arrest warrant in November for felony theft by receiving stolen property.
