SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) – The Georgia Ports Authority released a statement Tuesday morning stating that container trade is up almost 9% in the 2025 Fiscal Year.
According to the Georgia Ports Authority, it moved 5.7 million twenty-foot equivalent container units (TEU) in Fiscal 2025 (July 1, 2024-June 30, 2025). That is an increase of 8.6% compared to the previous fiscal year.
