GUYTON, Ga. (WTOC) – Governor Brian Kemp has granted an extension to the committee reviewing whether or not recently indicted Guyton city councilman Theodore Hamby will keep his elected position or be removed.
Hamby was arrested in March 2025 and indicted in June 2025 on charges of three counts of financial transaction fraud and two counts of making false statements.
