The Savannah-Chatham County Public School System (SCCPSS) will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of Windsor Forest High School on Friday, August 8, 2025, at 3:30 p.m.
The new Windsor Forest High School, funded by ESPLOST IV at a cost of $92 million, is a state-of-the-art facility designed to serve 1,000 students. The campus features 32 classrooms, 8 science labs, 10 CTAE labs, a pre-K suite, computer science and SPED classrooms, art studios, and a learning commons. It also includes a band and choral hall, auditorium, JROTC wing, and modern dining facilities. Athletic upgrades include a football field, track, baseball complex, and improvements in the gym.
