SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – Jenkins High School in Savannah went under a brief lockdown on August 7, 2025, due to a student bringing a weapon on campus.
According to information emailed to parents and guardians of Jenkins High School students, “the weapon was locked in the student’s car and was related to his job.”
