JASPER COUNTY, S.C. (WSAV) — The Jasper County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) Narcotics Enforcement Team (NET) arrested two men on Friday in an undercover operation.
During a narcotics investigation, NET officers made contact with Jermaine Brisbane, 52, and agreed to meet with him at a truck stop in Coosawhatchie. Brisbane arrived, accompanied by Larry Belcher, 35, to purchase drugs.
