OKATIE, S.C. (WTOC) – [UPDATE 9:33 a.m. 9/21/2025] One person is dead and another is in the hospital after a crash in Okatie yesterday morning.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol says a 2014 Nissan Sentra was traveling west on Highway 278, and a 2015 Acura was traveling east the same road, when they both collided at the intersection of Sun City Boulevard.
Both drivers were taken to the hospital for their injuries, where one driver died…
