CHATHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) – The Chatham County Fire Department (CCFD) responded to a single-car fire Tuesday morning that shut down both lanes of Highway 80.
At 7:42 a.m., CCFD was dispatched to a vehicle fire at US 80/Quarterman Dr. Both lanes of the highway were shut down while responders began to work to get the fire extinguished.
Both roads were opened and no injuries were reported.
