Overcast to end out our work week as a coastal low develops off our coast. Heaviest rain bands will remain off the coast, but pockets of heavy rain will be possible along the coast in the afternoon and evening. Otherwise, scattered rain will be possible throughout the day. Highs remain about 10 degrees cooler than average in the upper 60s to lower 70s.
Tides remain elevated today and tomorrow. Our next high tide is at 11 am at Fort Pulaski with a forecasted tide height of 10.3′. This is above moderate flood stage. Water could be possible on HWY 80 on Tybee. Forecasted height tomorrow at 12 pm is around 9.8′…
