Founder and CEO Ciarán McGuigan announces the debut of The Malin Savannah, the brand’s first Georgia location and ninth venue in the nationwide network. The hospitality-driven workspace spans 10,000 square feet across two stories and represents The Malin’s first stand-alone property, an intentional move that highlights McGuigan’s commitment to shaping workspaces that feel both rooted in place and responsive to the needs of modern professionals.
For The Malin team, Savannah is a homecoming. Both McGuigan and lead interior designer, Jean Morana, are proud alumni of SCAD, and the city’s culture of creativity, design and hospitality has long informed the brand’s ethos.
