Savannah murder suspect takes plea deal in fatal road rage shooting from 2022

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – A Savannah murder suspect has learned his fate after taking a negotiated plea deal this week in court. 26-year-old Rashad Deshawn Williams pled guilty to 2 of his 9 charges.

Savannah Police say Williams shot and killed Ashton Gibbs on Broughton Street after a road rage incident in 2022.

The shooting happened on May 8th of 2022.
