EFFINGHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) — A 26-year-old driver has died after a crash in Effingham County.
The incident occurred just after midnight on Sunday when a Ford Mustang was traveling east on Kolic Helmey Rd. at a high speed. The driver failed to stop at a stop sign, left the roadway and struck multiple buildings in a residential area.
