SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — A true freshman will be under center when Savannah State plays its homecoming game on Oct. 25 at Wright Stadium.
Head coach Aaron Kelton tells WSAV exclusively RaShawn Truell will be the starting quarterback. Coach Kelton said it was “time to turn the keys over” to the New Hampstead alum in hopes he will “jump start” the offense.
