SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – Scattered trash, abandoned TVs and deserted cars— that’s the sight that Tonya, who’s lived in Chatham County for 64 years says her neighborhood has become.
“It’s my neighborhood, along with everybody else’s and we don’t want our property to be devalued and that’s what seems to be happening,” said Tanya.
