Humane Society unveils painted mural in dog play yard

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – The Humane Society has unveiled a new mural that was painted on the wall of their Samson’s Square play area.

Volunteer Leah Ralph painted the mural, which contains a series of popular Savannah sites, including The fountain in Forsyth Park, the Waving Girl statue and the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist among others.

The colors and shades used for the mural are believed to be soothing dogs while they are in the play area…
