A new project bringing over 650 multi-family units to Hardeeville broke ground Oct. 17 at the Morgan Tract along U.S. Route 278 near both Savannah and Hilton Head.
HIC Land, a premier investment company and master-planned community developer based in Charleston, held a groundbreaking ceremony for Carolina Station, a $300 million, 2,600-acre community.
