SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — Ernest Ferguson, the former Savannah Police officer accused of killing Saudi Lee in 2022, was back in court Tuesday, and his legal team made a big move.
Though there was anticipation a decision on bond could be made, Ferguson’s team made a motion to dismiss the indictment outright.
