TYBEE ISLAND, Ga. (WSAV) — A man was rescued early Sunday morning after spending three hours in 62-degree waters.
At approximately 4:50 a.m., the Tybee Island Fire Rescue (TIFR) received reports that a swimmer near the pier was calling for help. With the help of a bystander, the man was located approximately 80 yards from the shoreline.
