SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) – Five of the six Oglethorpe Mall shooting case defendants appeared in court Monday for the first time since being indicted for felony murder and gang crimes nearly two months ago.
Alongside their lawyers, they all pleaded not guilty before Chatham County Superior Court Judge John Morse and requested a jury trial.
