SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – The Warren Brinson Foundation distributed more than 200 turkeys to families in need during its annual turkey drive at Temple of Glory Church.
The drive marked the first time the event has been held in Savannah. Previous years saw the foundation host the turkey drive in Athens while Brinson attended the University of Georgia.
Brinson, a Green Bay Packers rookie who recorded his first career sack during the team’s win over the Minnesota Vikings, was unable to attend the drive in person. His mother, Monik Brinson, represented the foundation at the event…
