SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – One person is dead after an early morning shooting.
According to Savannah Police, the shooting took place in the 1400 block of Benton Boulevard early Saturday morning and say it was not a random act, but rather an arranged meeting.
Officials say around 5 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to a call when a woman reported she was driving a man to the hospital after he had been shot. First responders met them on the way and took over; however, the male victim died from his injuries…
