SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — A big change is on the way with warmer temperatures and rain for next week.
Saturday brought a freezing morning yet again for most of our area. Temperatures warmed up into the 50s for a lot of us but a breeze out of the northeast and some clouds did still provide a chill.
Expect Sunday morning to be much warmer, with temperatures in the 40s. It will warm up into the upper 60s to lower 70s by the afternoon. Partly to at times mostly cloudy skies are expected. There will be a 20% chance of passing showers during the afternoon and evening but most of the day will be rain-free.
A cold front will move through the area by late Sunday evening, but the main feature of it will be an area of low pressure forming on its tail end. The storm system will form in the Gulf by the beginning of next week, bringing unsettled weather for the start of the new week…
