TYBEE ISLAND, Ga. (WSAV) — The Tybee Island Police Department (TIPD) is asking for the public’s help in locating two theft suspects.
Two individuals pictured below were captured on video taking an e-bike from a local condominium complex in Tybee Island, police said.
