SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — A Savannah mother is speaking out after she says her eighth-grade son was violently attacked at home by a group of boys he believed were his friends, all over a disagreement that started at school.
Eighth grader Tremel Lamonte says it was a normal school day that “quickly turned sour” after an argument over snacks escalated. He says he told the boys he didn’t have enough snacks to share, which upset them.
