SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – Richmond Hill will hold its 29th Annual Christmas Parade Saturday, Dec. 6 at 10 am, beginning at Timber Trail Recreation Center and ending at City Hall.
If it is determined the parade cannot safely be held because of the weather, that decision will be made at 9 am Saturday.
