SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – The probable cause hearing for the man accused of shooting and killing a veteran just hours after Veterans’ Day, was postponed and rescheduled Wednesday.
45-year-old Jeremy Scarth was arrested in connection with the fatal shooting outside of Lucky’s Pub that killed DeAngelo Shaw.
Family and friends of Shaw arrived at the courthouse ahead of the hearing, including two of Shaw’s daughters.
Although the proceedings were delayed, those who loved Shaw say they plan to attend every hearing until they see accountability.
“We’re going to be here every hearing until DeAngelo gets the justice he deserves,” a family member said outside the courthouse…
