SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — The Savannah Police Department (SPD) is investigating an acid attack that happened near Forsyth Park Monday night.
According to SPD, a woman was returning to her home near Forsyth Park when a man approached her and threw a corrosive liquid in her face. The incident happened around 8:15 p.m. near Whitaker Street and West Waldburg Street.
