SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – One Savannah road will be closed for nearly a month starting next Monday, according to a press release WTOC just received.
The release says that, as part of the City’s ongoing efforts to improve drainage within the Dundee Canal Drainage Basin, the City of Savannah will implement a temporary road closure beginning Monday, December 15, 2025, on Louisville Road between Telfair Street and Fair Street.
This work is a key component of the City’s 100-year conveyance master plan, which the release says aims to reduce flooding risks.
