BEAUFORT COUNTY, SC. (WTOC) – Saturday evening, Beaufort County Animal Services took to social media asking if anyone with dogs tethered outside needed help bringing them indoors due to the extreme cold temperatures and wind chills.
Staff expected to hear from people in need, but did not receive any requests….So they are sharing this information again in a more direct way.
