The MLK Marshals Reception honoring the 2026 MLK Honorees was held on Saturday, December 13, 2026 at Overcoming By Faith Church Ministries, located at 9700 Middleground Road, Savannah, GA 31406.
The Board of Directors of the Martin Luther King Jr. Observance Day Association, Inc. paid tribute and celebrated the 2026 Honorees’ great achievements.
Our Marshals are: Mr. Leroy and Mrs. Olga “Loto” Williams. This married couple are the proud parents of five daughters and one son, Dominique (deceased). Faith plays a central role in their lives, both deeply love the Lord and prioritize serving Him in all they do. Loto is a realtor and owner of Icon’s Studio and Boutique.
