CHATHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) – The Chatham County Police Department (CCPD) and its Marine Patrol unit are working to remove an overturned boat from the Moon River/Skidaway River area near Burnside Island.
The boat was overturned last night. According to CCPD, the operator of the vessel was rescued and taken to a local hospital. They are now at home.
