BEAUFORT COUNTY, S.C. (WTOC) – An accident near the intersection of Hwy 21 and Roseida Rd in Beaufort has stalled traffic on Hwy 21.
The left Northbound and Southbound lanes of Hwy 21 are currently blocked.
