SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – The Savannah Police Department has arrested 41-year-old Donald Palmer Jr. in connection with a carjacking in the 1300 block of West Bay St. (Nancy’s Seafood) on Monday, December 22, 2025.
In a media release, the SPD says officers initially responded to the scene at 4:40 p.m. on reports of a business being robbed. Upon arrival, contact was made with an adult female victim, who told the police a man had pointed a gun at her and taken her vehicle.
