A primary care facility in Bluffton will close its doors by the end of the year, according to a letter sent to patients.
Memorial Health University Physicians Primary Care, located in the Legacy Center medical plaza adjacent to Sun City and near the intersection of Okatie Highway and U.S. 278, stopped taking in-person visits last week, with permanent closure starting Dec. 31. The 15,000-square foot facility first opened in 2010.
