SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — A man entered a guilty plea in Effingham County Superior Court following his arrest in 2024.
Kelvin Parish Brown Jr. entered a guilty plea on Jan. 7 following a high-speed police chase in 2022 that resulted in the death of Brown’s passenger, 28-year-old Dezrriah Roberts.
