GEORGIA — Savannah police are investigating a stabbing that occurred Wednesday evening at the intersection of Abercorn Street and East Congress Street.
According to the Savannah Police Department, officers were called to the area around 5 p.m. after reports of a confrontation involving two unhoused men. During the altercation, one of the men allegedly stabbed the other with a knife.
Police said the injured man fled the scene and ran into a nearby business to seek help. His condition was not immediately released…
