A driver was killed on Interstate 95 in Jasper County in a rear-end collision with a semi-truck that shuttered one side of the interstate for hours Wednesday morning.
The fatal crash happened around 5:05 a.m. Wednesday near mile marker 1, slightly north of the Georgia-South Carolina border, according to the S.C. Highway Patrol.
