SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – An Effingham County judge is set to decide whether the Crocker murder case will be moved to a different venue.
Lawyers for Elwyn Crocker, Sr. were in court this week to request a separate hearing before Crocker’s trial.
The court granted their motion for an evidentiary hearing for a change of venue.
The order says that hearing must be scheduled for a date no later than 14 days prior to trial…
